I'm having some trouble with this tool, in my old Photoshop you could change the size of the image with this tool like you can in paint too, but now I have Photoshop Cs3 when i click on an image the boxes don't come up so I can resize it? Do you know how to sort this out, I need help :P

At the options, near the top (around file/edit/etc), or wherever the options for your Move Tool is, there's a box that says: "Show Transform Controls" :)
