(that means u must finish it!!!!!)(i hate when ppl do that, like how the company tokyo pop shut down and i was gonna read the last book of alice in the contry of hearts and then the lady wasnt able to make the last one cuz' she worked with tokyo pop ; m; plz make a series or somthing on this !!!)

What kind of blur is used in panel 3? I can't find it in Photoshop.

oh :D I just used a normal motion blur. I think that image would probably be around 800 pixels wide and 500 pixels high 400 resolution? First I made a copy of the entire image together, then on the copy, I used the blur (doing only like 50 pixels). Then I just lowered the opacity of the blur a bit, and erased the parts that I didn't want looking too blurry.

The lines were drawn in for an additional effect :D
