So Veleias is questioning his own sense of justice. It seems Suzuran was a guniea pig for some sort of research. I'm guessing it because in the previous chapter Velias mentioned that they erased her memory. Waiting for the next one.
You keep continuing it and it keeps being interesting. If you remember my previous question I asked about how Sakura and Velias know each other, then you could've guessed it's obvious that people can see there's much more behind this than just what you show, and that exactly is what makes it so very interesting, even Suzuran that at very first appears to be a cliche character. I always like stories with amazing characters that keep surprising someone, and I think there'll be a few more turns that one wouldn't expect or that at least aren't the obvious ones. Keep up the great work, I love it.
